1. Delivery Within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
We offer delivery across all Emirates in the UAE.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping to GCC Countries
We currently offer shipping to GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.
Delivery to GCC destinations usually takes 7 to 10 business days after order processing. Customs clearance or courier delays may extend delivery time; Miskah by Nosa is not responsible for such delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Any applicable customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Delays & Responsibility
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
Miskah by Nosa is not liable for delays beyond our control.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details.
