At Miskah by Nosa, we take great care in creating and packaging our handmade aromatic products. Each item is inspected before shipping to ensure quality and freshness. Because our products are scented, handmade, and personal-use items, we maintain the following return and refund policy:
1. No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To process your claim, kindly provide:
Your order number
A photo or video showing the damage or issue The original packaging
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund (depending on the situation).
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
